These routes consist of six walks of varying lengths. The routes have been devised to help as many people as possible explore this unique and somewhat still remote area.

  • South Walk 2: Hoo
    • Estimated time: about 2 hours
    • Distance: 3 miles (4.8km)
  • South Walk 3: Chattenden Woods
    • Estimated time: about 2 hours
    • Distance: 4 miles (6.4km)
  • North Walk 1: Cliffe to Cooling
    • Estimated time: about 2 hours
    • Distance: 3.5 miles (5.6km)
  • North Walk 2: High Halstow to St Mary Hoo
    • Estimated time: about 2 hours
    • Distance: 4 miles (6.4km)
  • North Walk 3: Allhallows Marshes
    • Estimated time: about 2 1/2hours
    • Distance: 4.5 miles (7km)
