The Friends of Watts Meadow will be holding monthly Task Days during Spring 2022 where they hope to cover a range of tasks – from implementing their draft management plan, clearing paths to things that will help wildlife survive during the colder months.
Please bring a pair of gloves and wear sturdy footwear as it can sometimes be rather muddy.
The Friends may, nearer the time, also ask if you can bring additional equipment if something specific is planned. They tend to post updates about the sessions on Facebook and Instagram and use social media to post updates on or around the day, especially if the weather is unsettled.
The next planned Task Day dates are:
- Sunday 6 February from 10:30am
- Sunday 6 March from 10:30am
- Sunday 3 April from 10:30am
