The MUGs Forum AGM is on the 4th May, 6.45pm for a 7.00pm start and will take place online via Zoom video conferencing.
We are holding this meeting online as we are still unable to meet in-person in groups of more than 6 people and, even though the situation is improving, we must continue to be safe. As usual, up to two members from each Friends group are invited to attend.
Each member will need to register beforehand giving their name and group. An invitation will be sent out nearer the date with a link and password to enable access to the meeting. You can click on the button below to register via email.

The MUGs Constitution states:
“The Forum will be managed by a Committee consisting of four Officers (Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer) plus up to 4 other members.”
Chair of committee and member meetings, overseeing tasks/responsibilities, liaising with Medway Council
Substitutes for vacant or absent roles and extra portfolio responsibilities, supporting the Chair
Manages the agenda, minutes, meeting logistics
Manage finances – accounts and book keeping
There are four additional roles on the committee open for election which cover various additional aspects of the Committee’s work, such as Group Support.
