Nature is fantastic for physical and mental health, but for some people natural spaces can be unwelcoming or inaccessible. Finding work in the conservation sector can be really hard too. The county’s leading conservation charity Kent Wildlife Trust want to know what these barriers are and what they can do to help.
The Kent Wildlife Trust want to provide opportunities for the whole community to spend time in nature and to get involved with their organisation. They want to inspire, empower and engage people from all backgrounds, cultures, identities and abilities, to change the natural world for the better.
Below is a link to a short survey to understand people’s experience of nature and of Kent Wildlife Trust. This survey will take around 10 minutes to complete and will be open until 31st May 2021.
Your response will help to develop an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Action Plan and cultivate inclusive workspaces that are free from discrimination, where differences are celebrated, and everyone can be themselves and flourish, just like nature!
