The next meeting of the Medway Urban Green Spaces Forum will be held on Saturday 8th August 2020 between 10am and 11:30am and will take place online via Zoom video conferencing.

We are holding this meeting online as we are currently unable to meet in-person in groups of more than 6 people and, even though the situation is improving, we must continue to be safe.  As usual, up to two members from each Friends group are invited to attend.

Each member will need to register beforehand giving their name and group. An invitation will be sent out nearer the date containing the Agenda and a link with a password to enable access to the meeting. You can click on the button below to register via email, or complete the contact form at the foot of this page if you prefer.

We appreciate that not all members will be able to use Zoom, but hopefully the below will help.

What is Zoom?

Zoom is a video conferencing service which can be used to virtually meet with others – either by video or audio-only.

You can join a Zoom meeting via any desktop or laptop (Mac or PC), smartphone or tablet with speakers, microphone and a camera, as long as you have reliable internet access.

You can also join in if your device does not have a camera (but of course other participants won’t be able to see you).

It is very simple to set up – and will only take you a few seconds to setup – but you do have to follow the instructions carefully.  You can click here to view our Quick Guide to Zoom meetings.

You can also register by completing the below contact form and pressing submit:
